Why Is Your Honey All Sold Out? Unfortunately honey is very reliant on whether we get a good harvest. Quantity and timing varies quite a bit and sells very fast when we do have stock.

Are All Your Products Handmade? All our products such as Candles, Wax Melts and Lip Balms are handmade. All Honey comes from our hives. However, we do on occasion have to outsource some item such as beeswax from other suppliers as we don't produce enough on our own. When we do, we always try to ensure our supply comes from a local business.

I Have A Problem With My Order. What Can I Do? If you have any issues at all or have a question about your order. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do You Offer Local Delivery or Pickup? We offer free local pickup and delivery within the Kemptville, Ontario area on a case by case basis. Please leave a note within the cart checkout page so we may arrange for a time and date. 

What Is Bloom? Bloom is a natural, whitish film that forms on pure beeswax candles over time. It’s caused by wax compounds rising to the surface and crystallizing. It’s a sign of purity, not a flaw, and can be left on or polished off.

Why Did My Honey Crystallize? Crystallization is a natural process and happens when glucose in the honey forms crystals. It doesn’t mean the honey is bad. Just stir or gently warm it to return it to liquid. It’s still perfectly safe and delicious to eat!
